FC Lugano is pleased to announce the main dates of the preparation phase for the 2025/26 Brack Super League season that will start on the weekend of July 26/27, 2025.
On Monday, June 23, 2025, the Bianconeri will undergo medical tests in Ars Medica; the next day it is time for physical tests in Cornaredo, where a first training session is scheduled.
As they did last year, with the renewed fruitful collaboration with FC Malcantone, Mattia Croci-Torti's Bianconeri will sustain a "training camp" at the "Roque Maspoli" Sports Center in Caslano, where they will work from Wednesday, June 25 to Saturday, July 5, 2025.
The excellent outcome of the operation launched last season also led the club to re-present the "FC Lugano On Tour," an initiative with which the club intends to strengthen its ties with the territory and lay the foundations for a greater involvement of all the geographical realities that make up our Canton.
The idea behind "FC Lugano On Tour" is to "export" the HCL colors outside the Lugano region, to allow fans and fans from Ticino to see the Bianconeri at work up close and to spend some time with players and staff members, in nice convivial moments (meet & greet) that will follow the "extra muros" training sessions.
Once again this year there are three regional soccer clubs involved, representing three different geographical realities of Ticino: AC Vallemaggia, FC Aquila and AS Basso Ceresio. It will therefore be on the fields of Maggia, Torre and Melano that Mattia Croci-Torti's team will hold "away" training sessions, before making themselves available to those who will have the pleasure of showing up at the field to see their favorites up close, for a few autographs, to take a few photographs and to purchase official gadgets of the HCL club.
Access to the fields that will host FC Lugano is of course open to all.
As for the friendly tests, the series will open on Saturday, July 5, 2025 with FC Lugano-FC Rapperswil/Jona, which will effectively close the training camp at the "Roque Maspoli" in Caslano. On Friday, July 11 at 2 p.m. in Balerna, the Bianconeri will take on Mauro Lustrinelli's FC Thun, newly promoted to the Brack Super League. A third friendly match is then scheduled for Saturday, July 19, 2025 in Cornaredo, with opponent to be determined.
This will be the last check before the UEFA Europa League Q2 first leg match (Thursday, July 24, 2025) and the start of the 2025/26 league (Sunday, July 27, 2025).
