Starting with the 2025/2026 season, FC Lugano opens an exciting new chapter in its history by moving to the AIL Arena, a state-of-the-art sports venue located right in the heart of Lugano, and the flagship facility of the city’s Sports and Events Center (PSE), a project approved by Lugano’s citizens in the referendum held last November 28, 2021. A true landmark in the club’s journey of identity and growth in the Cornaredo district, home to the Bianconeri for 75 years.
Officially handed over to the City of Lugano by general contractor HRS Real Estate SA on November 28, 2025, the AIL Arena will become FC Lugano’s exclusive stadium—a cutting-edge facility designed to deliver a unique experience for fans and partners alike. With an 8,000+ seating capacity, the venue meets UEFA’s standards for international competitions (UEFA Category 4 certified).
One of the crown jewels of the new FC Lugano facility are its two Hospitality areas (Business and Premium Lounge) offering sleek, modern spaces to welcome partners and sponsors with signature hospitality and a touch of class—elevating the stadium into a "boutique" venue designed to deliver an unforgettable experience.
Digital signage and audio quality are state-of-the-art, with top-tier technology throughout—made possible by the generosity and financial commitment of owner Joe Mansueto. Innovative screens and LED technology deliver an immersive experience—one-of-a-kind in Switzerland—while a 360-degree sound system and dynamic lighting effects will transform every home game into an unmissable show.

AIL Arena Season Tickets
Public sales for FC Lugano’s first season tickets at the AIL Arena (2026/2027) will begin on November 1, 2025. Starting October 1, fans who held a season ticket for 2025/2026 and Bianconeri Membership holders will have priority access to renew their card or purchase a season ticket.
