Headed by Roman Hangarter, the Academy is FC Lugano’s youth development system, which includes our Under-21 team competing in the Hoval Promotion League, as well as the Next Gens teams (Footeco U12–U14 and Children’s Soccer U8_U11). The Academy operates under the Sports Department, overseen by Sebastian Pelzer, Chief Sports Officer.
